Good morning everyone!
Today's Band Of The Day is Sleeping With Sirens. I discovered this band recently, and since that moment I can't stop listening to their songs, I love their style.
The lead singer of this band is Kellin Quinn. When I first saw him, I instantly liked him, his looks, his voice... everything. Gabe Barhman is also one of my favourite members, although I also like Nick Martin, Justin Hills and Jack Fowler, Gabe has something I love.
Their type of music is alternative rock and post-hardcore, so I absolutely love it. If I had to choose one song right now, it would be Fire, from the album Let's Cheers To This. I'm in love with that song, the way Kellin sings in some parts is fantastic. I would also choose Alone, from the album Feel, which is the first song I listened to from them. I discovered it on a website called Tumblr (if anyone doesn't know what it is, you should check it out, it's so cool), where I saw a gif of the videoclip where Kellin was singing. Under the gif, the author had written the name of the song and the artist, so I was curious and I looked it up on Youtube. I fell inmediately in love with it, and I kept listening to that song during days, until I searched Sleeping With Sirens in Spotify and became adicted to their album Feel. Since then, I haven't stop listening to them, and so has my bestfriend, who also loves them.
Sadly, their albums can't be found in the city I live, if I want one of them, I have to go to the capital, and my parents don't want to go there, because it's a bit far. But, whatever. I'll buy them on Amazon or something.
So, I hope you liked this, I know it's boring because maybe I write too much, but I like it.
Kisses!

Band of the day: Linkin Park
Hello!
Here I am again. Today I'm a bit sick and I have a bit of a headache, but I wanted to post something to entertain myself, so here I am. I have decided to do a thing called "Band of the day" during six days, to talk about my six favourite bands and so on. Hope you enjoy.
Today I'm going to talk about what's probably the band that made me realize I loved rock/heavy metal music. Linkin Park.
I love this band. I don't even know what half of the members look like or are called, or how many albums they have. I don't know all of their songs, but I know many and I absolutely love their style. For me, their style has always been a mixture of rock and rap, and, although I don't really like rap, I love that mix, and I love the way they sing and play their instruments.
If I had to say what my favourite song is at the moment, I'd say Burn It Down or In The End, but I love all of them. I know the whole lyrics of every song I know, and I love their lyrics, mostly because the things they say are true in most cases, and they also say beautiful and meaningful things, despite their style. Those songs I said, Burn It Down and In The End, are some of the first Linkin Park songs I listened. I discovered that group thanks to a friend, who has introduced me to other groups, like Three Days Grace and also to anime and manga, two things I absolutely love. This friend sent me two Linkin Park songs; Breaking The Habit and Burn It Down, and I loved them. She continued sending me their songs, most of them from the album Living Things, and I loved them. We lost contact a while ago, although we talk sometimes. It's sad, because I love her, but I haven't seen her in like four years, so I think it's a bit normal.
I have three Linkin Park albums at the moment; Meteora (my favourite one), A Thousand Suns and RECHARGED. I've been buying them with my own money, and I hope one day I'll have all their albums.
So, that's all. I hope I haven't bored you while talking about my personal life and blah blah blah, but it's something I love to do, and here I can express and say what I want, because, after all, it's my own blog, isn't it?
Hugs and kisses,
Lena >:)

My bands
Hi there!
Now, I'm going to talk about the bands I like. I usually prefer bands instead of just singers, but of course I also like some singers.
The bands (or singers) I most listen to are: Arctic Monkeys, Avril Lavigne, Black Veil Brides, Green Day, Imagine Dragons, Linkin Park, Maroon5, My Chemical Romance, Nirvana, Olly Murs, Paramore, Pierce The Veil, Sleeping With Sirens, Stuck In The Sound, Taylor Swift, Three Days Grace, Tokio Hotel, and Tonight Alive. Eighteen in total.
Obviously, I prefer some before others, but I actually love all of them. If I had to choose six out of them, they would be Black Veil Brides, Linkin Park, Pierce The Veil, Sleeping With Sirens, Stuck In The Sound and Tonight Alive. Those are my favourite ones, and I'm going to talk about why I like them and the way I discovered them in the following posts, just because I like it.
Lots of hugs,
Lena >:3

New blog yay!
Hi people!
First of all, my name is Elena, but you can call me Lena. I'm just a teenage girl who loves music, reading and writing. This is a new blog I've created. It's about music, and I really hope you all enjoy it. Here I'm going to post things about my favourite music style and my favourite bands, but I'll also talk about different kinds of music. So, that's all.
Love,
Lena >:)
